I had a bottle of "Zao Ascending Dragon" that I got on a trip to Sendai!
It is one of my favorite bottles, with an elegant fruity aroma that spreads softly in the mouth and a strong umami flavor.
The flavor chart says it is "fruity rich," and I can see why!
It seems to have won the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" and I would like to try it in a wine glass next time 🥂.
Yesterday, I got my long-sought tin sake cups, so I enjoyed them right away and was surprised at how different they are from the ceramic ones 😳😳They are as mellow as the reputation says...! Oh my god, tin, I love it!
