Every year, Reito's Toji brews as he pleases, and this is a limited edition of the year's sake.
To be honest, I've never heard of this system before this year.
The 2033 version is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 49% Yamadanishiki rice polished to 49% and was released from the brewery in September and served in early October.
Good😋.
Easy to drink.
It is mellow and full-bodied.
It has a clean throat and a good flavor.
It's what you'd call a modern orthodox Japanese style sake 🍶.
The brand name suggests that this sake is intended as a gift⁉︎
Naturally, those who receive it will be happy to hear that it is delicious.
It has a taste that is easily accepted by everyone. You won't be embarrassed to give it as a gift.
From now on, I think I'll buy a bottle every year to try and enjoy the differences.
However, it's not the type that makes me want to stock up on several bottles for myself.
