At a stylish soba noodle restaurant. I bought some Masumi fresh chocolates for myself for Valentine's Day this year, but I had never drank Masumi, the key ingredient, so I had to try it because it was in the store! LOL! As soon as it was brought to me, a nice aroma! I had an impression that it was very fruity. Very fruity, and my favorite type of fruity 😊. The drink was mild, sweet and tasty! I also like the fizziness. It's another one I'm tempted to buy online 😅. I'd like to try a different Masumi.

At the hotel lounge. If they have sake, I thought I'd have a sip 😊. Wakayama 🍶. This is interesting to see a kid in Kido. It has a sweet taste at first and then alcohol taste. This kind of sake is easy to drink and I'm glad 🤭.

I bought this one on my trip, too! I'm a sucker for the term "limited quantity"... lol It's creamy and sweet😊. Quite fizzy as it is called sparkling! Sweet but not a persistent aftertaste. Basically, I like sparkling type because I like carbonation (lol).

On the way home, we had something called Smooth! (Along with the best entrée: ☺️) It's hard to describe, but it was totally different from the rich I had the day before... "Oh, it's so smooth", I thought! LOL! I was able to drink quite a bit of the Kasumitsuru series over the past two days! I also bought some sparkling nigori sake as a souvenir 😁. I'm looking forward to drinking it!

Bought a drinking set at a ryokan! I drank one that night😄. It seems to be an award-winning sake. Sake at ryokan is delicious!

When I travel, I look forward to drinking the local I look forward to drinking local sake when I travel 😊. This time I went to Yumura Onsen, so I had Tajima's local sake. It was interesting to see how the aroma changed as we drank from left to right: junmai, ginjo, and daiginjo. I think the junmai sake goes best with rice.

At soba noodles restaurant. Selected in a drinking comparison because of its name! (Photo #1 on the right) It looks quite cloudy. It looks like amazake. When I drank it, the taste exceeded my imagination. It has a sour taste like yogurt and a fizzy feeling! This is a good sake! It was a real sake.

Fruity aroma like pineapple! I bought this by mail order because the brewed forest I drank at the store was so good. When I drank it at the store, it had a fizzy, bubbly taste, but maybe because it was freshly opened, I didn't feel that much. (Was it the wrong kind?). I'll try it again after a while.

The aroma is fruity, with a nice fragrance. In the mouth, it is fruity and sweet at first, but the aftertaste is not persistent. I like the taste.

Less fizzy than expected A little bit of schwarziness (a tangy sensation when you put your tongue in it) I drank it as soon as it was recommended to me in a chat room.
