It is well balanced. Although it has a rich aroma, it has a smooth mouthfeel and a clean aftertaste. This is the last and final bottle of Felissimo's Hanpukai.
We had it with tuna sushi.
Good luck this year, Carp!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to Sanzenzakura Sake Brewery🌸!
This is my first sake after moving to Hokkaido.
It tastes a bit like cotton candy when you taste it, but it tastes as clean as it should. It's easy to drink and has a refined taste.
It will change the image of sake in Hokkaido! We have high expectations for the future.
We recommend it!
The last of Felissimo Hanpukai is Kamotsuru from Hiroshima. The fresh taste is best served chilled. It has a light aftertaste, so you can enjoy it in any situation. It's delicious. Thinking of the Carp this year.
A sake that has been slowly matured. We recommend heating it up. It's been so cold this winter that I've been reaching for nabemono.
The color of this one is amber! It is mellow in the mouth. It's mellow on the palate, but the flavor really hits you. The aftertaste is also amazing.
It seems to go well with rich dishes rather than light nabemono. I feel like my enjoyment of sake has expanded one more time.
Happy New Year, and 10% milling! It is too much.
It's like water on the palate, but when you take a sip, the richness spreads. The aftertaste is so clean, you can drink as much as you want!
I feel like it will be a good year.
A 180ml dream. This is why I can't stop drinking sake. Thank you for your continued support this year.
Slightly fizzy when opening the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma. When it is included in the mouth, it is a sweet and rich taste, but there is also a sense of refreshment.
Anyway, it is delicious.
Nigori made with black rice! Looks like red bean juice, slightly sweet on the palate, reminds me of red bean paste.
We recommend this flavor only for now.
First, drink it cold. The aftertaste is rich and mellow. I think the aroma will open up more if it's lukewarm. We'll try it soon.
This is another sake from the Felissimo Hanpukai. It's quite good.
We have only one more time left for Felissimo's distribution party. It's crisp and light, just like the label "Dry Junmai" says, but it has a strong aroma of rice. However, it has a strong aroma of rice, and it's an all-around good taste.
I'll have it with sushi or salted fish for now.
It has great richness and flavor. It makes a strong impression. So much for rice from Hokkaido!
It's made in a warehouse in Kuriyama-cho, where my aunt lives. They make great oshiruko, too!
This sake is a gift from someone important. So I'll drink it with care.
The aroma is sweet and full-bodied, like a karinto, but on the palate you get a sweetness first and then a richness later. Felissimo distribution, very excellent. I'd like to try some of the other sakes from this brewery.
The aroma of the opening of the bottle is a bun. An-manju. It was a bit interesting.
The sake made from Tsuya-hime is very delicious with a faint sweetness. Felissimo distribution group is doing very well.
We can drink very easily and gulp it down.
Sake made of 100% Hokkaido rice. I bought it as a Kitami souvenir. Kitami City, the longest city in Japan, has a sticker on it.
Low alcohol content. It is unexpected. When you drink it cold, it has a so-called "light" taste. It may not have a refined crispness to it, but it does have a kind of earthy flavor. Next, I tried it lukewarm. The aroma finally opened up. I prefer this one.
This bottle is sold quietly next to the red silo (at the train station) and is a great accompaniment to your trip.
This is delicious.
Sweet aroma and sweet mouthfeel. The mild acidity spreads immediately. If you're worried about the sweetness, you might want to drink it chilled. I drink it slowly in a hiya. I think I could drink it in gulps. It's Monday, so I refrain from drinking it!
This is Felissimo's distribution group.
From the Felissimo Hanabukai. Sweet rice aroma and flavor. It has a light and refreshing aftertaste, but it has just the right amount of acidity. It's getting cold, but I'd like to drink it cold.
First of all, there is a rich candy aroma. It tastes like a concentrated flavor. Oh? I thought it would be a bit high in alcohol content. But I'll drink this one (dialect)!
It has a nice aroma and the hiya is delicious.
Along with the delicious seafood of the Shakotan Peninsula! The Shakutan blue bottle is also a nice touch.
It's like hibiscus and tea and roses. It's like that in color and taste. Refreshing Shaoxing wine? How about a change of pace? It feels easier to drink than the type I had before.
Oh, I'll probably drink it in a flash.
I bought these at a local convenience store, Seikoma, as a souvenir of Shakotan Peninsula.
Is it a tasty drink? But the aftertaste is so refreshing. The tide? Yes, that's right, the Shakotan Peninsula. It goes well with seafood. Probably, it goes well with seafood nabe, for sure.
