Although it is called "light and dry", it has a unique smell of rice and a strong acidity. It feels like a sweet sake, but it is a delicious sake that can be drunk easily.

Sake made of 100% Hokkaido rice. I bought it as a Kitami souvenir. Kitami City, the longest city in Japan, has a sticker on it.
Low alcohol content. It is unexpected. When you drink it cold, it has a so-called "light" taste. It may not have a refined crispness to it, but it does have a kind of earthy flavor. Next, I tried it lukewarm. The aroma finally opened up. I prefer this one.
This bottle is sold quietly next to the red silo (at the train station) and is a great accompaniment to your trip.
