Slightly effervescent. Transition from refreshing sweetness to a refreshing feeling. The aftertaste is very refreshing and you can drink as many glasses as you want. A little tingling at the end. Very tasty. Compared to other drinks I've had recently, the quality of the sweetness is different. It doesn't leave a residue on the palate.

When lukewarm, the sweetness is lessened and the umami is more pronounced. The image of it rising up in a flash. I think the alcohol taste at the end is stronger. I prefer it chilled.
