こしあん
Clear and sour aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, there is a sour taste at first, and then a full-bodied sweet taste spreads.
After the sweetness fades, there is a citrus bitterness on the upper side of the mouth and a pungent taste on the tongue.
There is not much gasiness.
A clear and dry sake.
On the second day, the taste is a little stronger and the gassiness seems to be more pronounced than on the first day.
It is now more of a sweet sake.
