There was no lottery or anything. The sunrise that was placed on the bridge of the Nihonbashi area. I couldn't help but look twice. A fiery label in primary red. Purgatory wants to drink it too. Numbers! It was 6 and 7 together. The sake brewed in the same way as the Bodaijima and Genroku. Kinky sake. The G one was sweet like chocolate. The B's were not sure, but more acid. Lactic acid juice.

Here it is, a perverted drink. Soga Sake is brewed by Obuse Winery. It is also known as Soga Sake. It is only brewed during the winter months, when it is not possible to make wine. Kinamasa Shuzo drinking comparison. Needless to say, Jikon is a perfect brew. If you ask me which is the cleanest saké that goes down your throat the most, I'll answer "Jikon" without a second thought. I'm a drinker who wants to enjoy it on its own. Takasago was also delicious. This is a classic and delicious sake, which is common these days. I think it's more like a mid-meal saké. It was a good time.

Nishi Shuzo, famous for Shochu Tominohorasan, has a new challenge. (The shochu brewery wasn't registered on the app... it's a shochu brewery, so of course it is. He learned from Takagi Shuzo, the 14th generation sake brewer, to brew sake. Heavenly, delicious. The sourness and fruitiness are juicy. It sinks into the mouth. And it is easy to drink. Aha! A beautiful woman of snow. The sake rice is an improved Shinjo. Personally, Yukinobijin is my favorite sake from Akita. (All the other brands are also perversely good...) The citrus fruit-like aroma leaves the nose and is soft on the palate with a refreshing sweetness. It's sizzling and gassy. It has a good kick and is delicious. Sake that seems to be in full swing these days. Akita Prefecture, the Japanese sake empire, is truly wonderful.

Seven brewers in Miyagi Prefecture brewed DATE SEVEN in collaboration. It was planned by seven brewers who got together at a drinking establishment. The story of the challenge to Shinsei Shuzo is famous. This is a very stylish and emo drink that will be uncorked at 7 PM on July 7. Wishing the drinker happiness, it's lovely. This year's event was led by my favorite brewer, Kanbae Shuzo, who brews Miyaganbae, my favorite sake. Their catchphrase is "A sake that brings spring to the heart. That's exactly what it is. It was delicious again this year.
