I was a little short of drink, so I opened a mini-bottle of this 180 ml bottle. I bought it at Ozaki Sake Brewery in Ando Suigun. Shirakami no Shizuku Lovely name (^o^) The aroma is Junmai Daiginjo-ish, which I like. The taste has a peculiar peculiarity similar to Ando Suigun. Maybe it is a characteristic of Ozaki Shuzo. It is a little disappointing that it does not have the lightness of a daiginjo-style sake.

I'm curious about the back side of the building... I'm attracted to it! So, I also have the Ura-A-Sakura. The black label is cool! The taste is fruity, but clear! The taste is fruity, yet clear. Maybe a little sourness. I would like to drink the other back series when I have a chance(^o^)

This is the first A-Sakura I got from Sakebai-san during my trip to Akita. This is my favorite! The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is fruity and sweet, and it goes down your throat softly and pleasantly. It makes you want to drink it all the time. I liked it so much that the next day I went to the A-Sakura Sake Brewery in Yokote, but I couldn't get it because they said they only distribute it to special dealers... Oh, I want to drink it again!

I visited a sake brewery on Sado Island and purchased this sake. I was told that Hokusetsu-san's sake is mostly dry, but this one, made with Yamada-Nishiki and polished to 35%, has a nice aroma and is very easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness! The blue bottle is also very nice ♡♡♡♡! I bought a smaller bottle as a trial because I also bought other things, but I should have bought a bigger bottle.

We visited the brewery of A-Sakura and made a purchase. A cute lady politely guided us around. I heard that Momota is a young brand among the A-Sakura brands. The aroma is a little tangy, and the sweetness is moderate. The taste of rice is strong. A slight spike in the throat at the end. There is a strong sense of alcohol. I imagined it to be light and fruity, so it was a little different from what I imagined. However, it seems to have a lot of potential for growth. I will enjoy it with Kiritanpo hot pot that I bought in Akita.

We visited the brewery in Shichinohe Town and purchased it. It is fruity, but not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. I can drink it with gusto. Water from the Hakkouda mountains is the best. I heard that the number of winemakers is decreasing. I want to support them by drinking it!

I suddenly had a craving for a nigori. I found this one at a nearby store. The name is Dobu, but it is nigori sake.
