I was a little short of drink, so I opened a mini-bottle of this 180 ml bottle.
I bought it at Ozaki Sake Brewery in Ando Suigun.
Shirakami no Shizuku Lovely name (^o^)
The aroma is Junmai Daiginjo-ish, which I like.
The taste has a peculiar peculiarity similar to Ando Suigun. Maybe it is a characteristic of Ozaki Shuzo.
It is a little disappointing that it does not have the lightness of a daiginjo-style sake.
