I visited a sake brewery on Sado Island and purchased this sake.
I was told that Hokusetsu-san's sake is mostly dry, but this one, made with Yamada-Nishiki and polished to 35%, has a nice aroma and is very easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness!
The blue bottle is also very nice ♡♡♡♡!
I bought a smaller bottle as a trial because I also bought other things, but I should have bought a bigger bottle.

The richness, sweetness, and refreshing flavor of daiginjo are quite well balanced in this sake. It would be great to eat 🍣 with this sake!
