We were lucky enough to get our hands on some Aoyamayu and had it for New Year's.
The taste of the rice was strong and delicious. The aftertaste was good and I was able to enjoy the New Year's holiday.
Personally, I think this is a very Japanese sake.
Warmed up, lukewarm, or cold, each one has a different flavor, but it's delicious.
Contrary to the restaurant's recommendation, I liked the cold one best.
It's full of flavor. But not as much as I expected...
Maybe it must be the climate. I think when it's hot and humid, my body just wants a crisp one.
If you drink it in the fall or winter, I think it's 50 percent better.
Comet, and red, and this look.
It's Aznable.
It has depth, but the aftertaste is quick and clean like Char.
It is delicious.
The drink advances three times as fast as the original.
