So, it's a viridian of Shinsei. It's light, refreshing, and moderately fruity. It's not too thin, but it's got plenty of body and length.

I bought this without really looking at it, but it's the type that is aged.
You can feel the high quality, but I personally don't think it's my type. It's just my personal taste.

I bought this because I won a drawing for Dix ans Noel.
It's delicious! I could almost drink it up in no time at all. It doesn't matter if it's sake or some other category, it tastes great as a drink.
It's a bit pricey because of the design fee, but it's delicious so I'm happy.
It's bubbly, so I had it in a champagne glass with a bite of iburi-gakko.

I drank the local Ottersai for the time being. I don't know what the difference is between it and the regular one, but I think it's interesting to drink it like this. You can enjoy drinking it with local snacks.

We were lucky enough to get our hands on some Aoyamayu and had it for New Year's.
The taste of the rice was strong and delicious. The aftertaste was good and I was able to enjoy the New Year's holiday.

Personally, I think this is a very Japanese sake.
Warmed up, lukewarm, or cold, each one has a different flavor, but it's delicious.
Contrary to the restaurant's recommendation, I liked the cold one best.
