Bonito Tataki and Grilled Eggplant and Minami from Tokushima Sudachi High
Too good to be true!
I love Kochi sake because it is dry!
It drains off the fat of the bonito tataki nicely!
Kaygetsu with thoughts of traveling in Shikoku
Fruity and light
Sashimi of sea bream with salt and Kaygetsu to wash it all down... what could be better?
I'm hooked on Shikoku!
By the way, of course, I drank a cup of Iwategawa.
Tosatsuru as a souvenir of your trip to Shikoku
I can drink it dry, light, and eternal.
I also like its popular appearance.
I'm also looking forward to the Kaygetsu I bought as well!
Kamogawa Sea World Souvenirs
Kanto Sake Doki Doki
Less glamorous than Toyobai, but with a strong aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean and the aftertaste disappears, so you can drink a lot of it!
It's lighter than Yamahai, which I personally prefer.
You can drink it forever with pickled turnips.
It tastes even better lukewarm.
I wish it was a little easier to find in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
