I love Kochi sake because it is dry!
It drains off the fat of the bonito tataki nicely!  ささ氏It's lighter than Yamahai, which I personally prefer.
You can drink it forever with pickled turnips.
It tastes even better lukewarm.
I wish it was a little easier to find in the Tokyo metropolitan area.  ささ氏refreshing
