I've been drinking only Kangiku lately. It's a nigori (nigori is a kind of cloudy rice liquor) of Kangiku. It's still delicious. And it's low in alcohol. That's right, I'll drink it. In Hokkaido dialect, it's a real drinker. But it's a charm that it's very difficult to open the lid. Goodbye, my day off from drinking.

This is my first time to buy Mutsu Hachisen. I was wondering whether or not to buy it at the liquor store, but I'm really glad I did. I was shaking for a drink. I finally found it. It is ridiculously delicious. It's like a cross between the taste of nigori sake and the sweetness of kangiku. A killer for a day off from drinking. It will be gone as soon as I open it.

Hirotogawa is indeed a great sake. In my opinion, it is the best sake for a mealtime drink. It doesn't interfere but has a sense of presence. Very good.

I've had a cold for the past week or so and have been abstaining from drinking, which means I'm finally getting better. Gakki was more than enough to recharge my desire to drink sake. It's delicious. Low alcohol content and refreshing. It has a nice gassy feel to it. Isn't it getting harder to buy Masamune lately? It can't be helped that it's a delicious sake.

This is Yajima Sake Shop's special order unfiltered raw sake. It is too delicious. It is fruity, with just the right amount of sweetness and a clean aftertaste from the gaseous sensation. It was selected as one of the top 5 in my ranking. Today I renewed my driver's license and applied for a regular motorcycle license, so even though it was my day off, I was tired. There are a lot of people at the license center even on a weekday. I feel tired and exhausted. Be careful not to drink too much.

Yes, it is delicious. The sharpness characteristic of Comet brings together the sweetness of Kangiku. It is easy to drink. But the rice used for sake is Comet. It is sake rice from my hometown, Hokkaido. Hokkaido is no longer a land of rice barrenness.

Jishin, drinking at home. I did it! I bought this when I lived in Fukushima Prefecture. I saw it without warning at a liquor store I used to go to, looked twice, and bought it. I opened it now with the mindset that it's pasteurized, so it should be fine even if it's been a little while. It's a fire-brewed sake, but it's still very tasty and has a nice "sizzle" to it. It runs out in an instant. I wonder why it runs out.
