As soon as you put it in your mouth, the sweet taste and aroma spreads, then the sourness comes, and it's easy to drink! At the end, the bitterness comes, and it is crisp. It was a sake that "moistens the heart".
The sweet taste spreads in the mouth, and it doesn't leave a sticky residue, but a sour and bitter taste that leaves a clean aftertaste. It comes with a square with a cherry blossom branding, which makes me happy.
Polishing ratio 45%, alcohol 16%, sweet but not overpowering, gentle. The sourness and bitterness are well balanced and delicious! I thought I might not like Daiginjo, so I want to drink a variety of sakes without being picky!
Rice polishing ratio 68%, alcohol 14%.
A refreshing, sweet aroma. It washes away the fishy smell and has a crisp taste. I drank it at room temperature today. I'll have it warmed up tomorrow.
Amabie-sama drawn by Masao Sato. Cute. The sake which was prayed for to get rid of the plague. Cheers while praying.
Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 15 degrees.
It is sweet. But the feeling of alcohol comes afterwards.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought it was sweet sake, so gentle and sweet. Later, there was a slight sourness and bitterness. It was delicious.
They also sold a set of heated sake cups, so I bought them. My first heated sake. I didn't realize how different the aroma and taste were when it was heated. The sweetness was enhanced and the taste was strong.
Kanagame Genmai-Use Nama Genshu The aroma and taste made me think it was whisky. Even though it is the same brand, the taste is different, and I felt the depth of sake.
