I heard F means "for you", but I feel like it's really for you! LOL!
In a word, the price is unbeatable!
It's so light on the palate that you can drink it all you want.
The sweetness and sharpness are perfect!
It's also delicious!

It tastes like apples, too!

Kido is the best in terms of cost, but this is too cheap too!

Today, I wanted to drink Banshu Ikken Yamahai Junmai with Banshu Aisan.
I love using Aisan after all!
The combination of Aisan and Yamahai junmai is foul.
It's got acidity, umami, and richness.
I've found another great sake!

I'm drinking it cold in the snow, but the slight acidity makes it really refreshing!

I love juicy sake, but refreshing sake like this is great too!

Tonight at Dio Abita in Mimurosugi!
This is the first time I've had this sake, and I was itching with anticipation...
What the hell is this?
The aroma is fresh and really fruity!
It's got a lot of body and it's low in alcohol, so I can't stop drinking it!
It's like a godsend!
If you're not a fan of Ponshu, or if you've never had Ponshu before, you'll love this!
It's one to keep on repeat!
I've found a great sake!

It's been a long time since I've seen Sawaya Matsumoto!
At the opening ceremony, the lid flew off somewhere as usual! LOL!
It's not champagne! LOL!
No! No! That's beside the point! LOL!
Well, as far as I'm concerned, this sake has just the right amount of gas!
It's good right out of the bottle, but it's even better after it's been sitting for a bit!
And the price is great too!
It's well-balanced, and even if you don't like sake, you'll like it!

Kouda Daiginjo
It's a local brew, and I've been drinking it a lot for a while now.
I've never had a daiginjo before!
The rice flavor comes through with a bang, and then the sweetness spreads out, and then the aftertaste is sucked right in!
That's another good one!
There's some great booze in northern Kyoto!
I have a feeling it will be the best match for saikyo-yaki and candied food!

すごく柔らかい口当たりやけど
トロッとした喉越し。甘味もあるけど後を引かず
スッと消えていく感じ
バランスが取れていて食中酒にいいかも！
ホンマにめちゃくちゃ美味い！
これは飲み過ぎちゃうわ。。。

ハクレイ酒造の酒呑童子。
地元では昔なら馴染みの銘柄。
辛口でなんでも合いそうな飲み口。
握りと一緒にやったけどえー感じ、
ええ意味でクセがない。
これも美味い日本酒でしたー！

紀土の夏ノ疾風！
春ノ薫風は優しい苦味みたいな感じやったんやけどこれは乳酸菌飲料のような口当たりが来て
その後にスーと疾風の如く吸い込まれていくような感覚。
トビウオやマゴチの刺身なんとかベストマッチなんちゃうかな！
美味しいお酒でした！
