Kouda Daiginjo
It's a local brew, and I've been drinking it a lot for a while now.
I've never had a daiginjo before!
The rice flavor comes through with a bang, and then the sweetness spreads out, and then the aftertaste is sucked right in!
That's another good one!
There's some great booze in northern Kyoto!
I have a feeling it will be the best match for saikyo-yaki and candied food!
