It is the most popular among women. The label of the ginjo-shu represents the sun shining through the trees of the Kanrokei River in Shodoshima.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a delicious flavor, and a refreshing taste.

The motif of this sake is Mount Hoshigajo in Shodoshima.
It is a sake with a low alcohol content of 8% and a fruity sweetness that makes it easy to drink and makes you feel as if you are drinking rice juice.

Apparently, only 800 bottles of this sake are made each year. I found out after I opened it.

This sake is brewed in Ehime Prefecture using Shizukuhime and Matsuzamitsui as the main ingredients, and using the rich underground water of the Elk River in our own brewery.
After bottling, the sake matures and becomes mellow in flavor.

This is a Yamahai Junmai Sake brewed with natural brewer's yeast. It has a long brewing time and we are very sorry for the delay this year. The flavor of lychee spreads in the sourness.
