The aroma of koji! It's delicious. Apparently, only 800 bottles of this sake are made each year. I found out after I opened it. ───────── This sake is brewed in Ehime Prefecture using Shizukuhime and Matsuzamitsui as the main ingredients, and using the rich underground water of the Elk River in our own brewery. After bottling, the sake matures and becomes mellow in flavor. Rice polishing ratio: 60%. Alcohol content: 16%.
