The rice is 60%, so it is sweet, but there is a tangy sourness that is refreshing.
It has a full-bodied taste and is delicious.

Sweet aroma of clean rice and alcohol. The aroma of alcohol is stronger.
The taste is dry, with little sweetness like Otters, which is also made from Yamadanishiki, and quite refreshing with a slight acidity and a strong alcohol taste.
A shochu-like sake with a strong umami flavor and a clean finish.
It seems to go well with any meal.
I prefer a little more sweetness, but it is delicious and never gets boring!
