☆☆☆☆☆ 100% Toyobai rice Polishing ratio 39 Alcohol content 15 Toyobai is still amazing. I've never had a Toyo Sakai that didn't disappoint. It tasted good right after the bottle was opened, but I wondered if it was a Toyo Saihei. It takes a while for it to bloom, but it does. It takes a while for the flowers to open, but once they do, it's great. It is delicious, delicious, delicious, delicious.

☆☆☆☆ Eiko Fuji ships only one day a year. Reasonable despite being a daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 38%, Yami Naru Akimizu is recommended for autumn parties, with its delicious flavor resonating in the mouth even with eyes closed or in the dark. It is said to be the best. Last year, I couldn't have an autumn party and finally opened the bottle by myself.
