Comments
It was already a very impressive drink from the outside. As you would expect of a gorizake, it was slightly fizzy, so the appearance was amazing. Before the appearance, I was a little bit confused when I opened it up because of the slight fizziness, but somehow I didn't spill any precious sake. At first I thought the aroma of the sake smelled like a thick melon, but when I drank it, I felt the sweetness increased, and the thickness was the same as the aroma, so I could really taste something close to the melon. The thickness of the sake is the same as the aroma, so the taste is really close to that of melon. And since it was slightly fizzy, it had a strong crispiness and acidity in the mouth, which made my tongue go numb a little. It was a little numb on my tongue. This feeling of softness may have helped me to feel the thickness of the sake. It was truly a melon sake.
