Comments
This sake differs from ordinary sake in that it is brewed with "Koshihikari" rice, which is not suitable for sake brewing, but edible rice. The taste and aroma of this sake has a strong rice-like quality and a richness to it. In particular, the taste has a rice-like sweetness and a sense of condensation like dried fruits. The aroma also has a full, rice-like sweetness, which is a little different from the sake we usually drink.
Full-bodied type
