Comments
The first thing I detect is a harmonious aroma of sweetness, acidity and richness. It's a fresh and fruity aroma that reminded me of a pineapple. First of all, the thick texture and heavy sweetness gave us a strong impression that this is a rich-tasting sake. It is one of the most fragrant types of sake, but because of this taste, I think it can be called "rich and sweet". The aftertaste is a little short, but it has a solid acidity, and it's a crisp bottle that I never get tired of drinking.
