Recently started Kanagawa 13 breweries stamp rally. I visited Ishii Brewery for the first time in search of a stamp. I chose the Junmai Sake Soga no Homare (Junmai Sake with Soga's Honor) because I wanted to try a draft sake. I was satisfied with its robust umami and flavor!

When I was wondering what brand to buy in front of the refrigerator at the sake shop, a nice middle man who had also come to buy sake commented, "This is delicious," and quickly bought it. I bought it as he recommended, and it tasted just right. It is indeed delicious!
