Recently started Kanagawa 13 breweries stamp rally.
I visited Ishii Brewery for the first time in search of a stamp. I chose the Junmai Sake Soga no Homare (Junmai Sake with Soga's Honor) because I wanted to try a draft sake.
I was satisfied with its robust umami and flavor!
