We had a bit of a rush at work with all the inquiries, but for the most part, work ended peacefully!
While thanking everyone, we chose the most expensive sake from Kakinuma, Ugo no Tsuki.
After the taste of unfiltered raw sake, which I like, there was a nice taste of sake.
It doesn't taste like the Shinsei or the 24 that I drank yesterday!
The taste of good sake!
I still can't describe it well, is it sweet, fruity or dry....
I have no sense of taste!
