The first sip is crisp with a strong sense of sake. There is a sweetness to it as well, and it has the feel of a quintessential daiginjo. Purchased at Urakasumi Shuzo. It is delicious only because it is a recommended product. It is different from the fruity feeling of today, but it is good.
