Denshu善知鳥 大吟醸 百四拾 華想い35%

(These are just my thoughts from my stupid tongue.)
As soon as you pour it into a glass and bring it close to your mouth, the aroma is gorgeous.
The first sip goes down my throat quickly and smoothly.
Fruity... pear... or maybe blue melon? Anyway, it's elegant, clear, fragrant, and super delicious ✨.

Aomori's "Hanasoi" rice suitable for sake brewing is polished to 35% for this Daiginjo-shu. All sake made with "Hanasoi" is named "Hyakushicho".
This "Zenchidori" is a relative of "Kikusen" as it contains brewing alcohol. Unlike "Tenshu," it is not a junmai sake, so rather than a sake with a wide range of flavors, the 35% rice polishing ratio and the brewing alcohol give it a very clear, clean taste and elegant aroma. However, it is not only beautiful, but it also has a delicious taste behind it.
I see 🧐It's true! ✨
