Fruity...? Clear...?
For me, a sake beginner
I have the impression that it is an "adult sake".
I think it tastes more fruity, gorgeous, and mellow when it's a little closer to room temperature than when it's perfectly chilled.

I visited Niseko Brewery. After petting the signboard cat, we went inside the store. I love the style of the shop, where you can freely sample the sake on the table.
The atmosphere was very homey, with the owner's wife telling us about the best places to visit.
The ice cream is delicious, so if you go there, you should definitely try it.
