I reacted to the words "Fuku-Komachi Extra Limited Edition! in the extra edition of Fukkomachi! The first saké in my mouth was sweet and tasty. It's a dark sake, 17.5 degrees. Rice taste is strong, rice-like sweetness comes I think I like it. As the label says, the first taste is umami, then sweetness, and then sourness, That's exactly how I feel. I wonder if I'm under a spell. I think so. I drank about half of it, and when I drank it after 2 days of drinking outside, it seemed to get darker and darker 🙀.

JIROPurchased in Akita City, was it limited to the prefecture? I had it at room temperature. It has a complex flavor. Sweetness, umami, acidity, bitterness, and a refreshing taste all come together in a harmonious whole and disappear in the mouth leaving only the flavor. It is the ultimate plain sake that never gets boring, is easy to drink, and goes well with all kinds of snacks. It is delicious! Fukkomachi is delicious! I'll definitely buy it when I see it.

8珍Freshness in the mouth, sweetness followed by a good balance of acidity and bitterness. I would like to try a version other than the extra issue if I get a chance.

さけまるIt is also known as "Pingaku". The first contact in the mouth is very rich and fresh. The aftertaste is slightly gassy and bitter, which I like. I can't describe what kind of fruit it is, but it gives you the feeling that you are eating some kind of fruit, which makes it even better. It is a good choice for evening drinking. I recommend to drink it well chilled rather than cold, and I am sure that your picky peke-boys will be pleased when you tell them what you think of it🤗.

ももんがFukkomachi left over from New Year's! It was delicious when I drank it at New Year's... But now that it's been aged, it's lost its flavor and taste... It's too good to waste, so I'm going to finish it. I'm going to finish it because it's too good to waste.

酒豪At home. Aroma of mellow pine🍍-type fruit. When you drink it, you can hardly taste any sweetness, The tropical aroma and round flavor spreads, and then it finishes crisp and clear. I have had no problem matching sweet wines with meals, but I have come to realize that dry wines are better suited for meals. I think it made my tongue, which is accustomed to sweet and fruity tastes, realize something. 4 stars
