Purchased at a local supermarket during a trip to Kurahashi Town in Kure City. It is a brand not often seen in Hiroshima City (the fourth photo is a spectacular view from a volcano (hiyama) on Kurahashi Island).
It is made by one master brewer (Toji Hirata) in almost the same way as 200 years ago, in one and a half months, and only 5,000 bottles are made per bottle, which is very precious.
At a glance, the bottle looks like a beer bottle😄.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, but when you taste it, it tastes lychee and is refreshingly dry. ☺️
The spiciness and acidity go well together, and it cuts through quickly!
