Today we're having our usual home drinking 🍶.
This is 💁 a sake from the prefecture... honestly, this is the first time I've seen this 👀Mitani Haru sake 🤔.
Founded in 1806‼️ over 200 years old, it is a fairly small brewery that seems to only produce a small amount of sake 😓...but...! It has won first place🥇 in sake competitions in the prefecture for the past few years, so expectations are high 😁.
So much for the preamble... let's open the bottle 🤣.
The aroma is fruity like strawberries and pears 👍.
The taste is smooth and sweet ✨The high alcohol content of 17% is not so much felt at the moment of sipping... but the aftertaste is very strong 🙂. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing.
Personally, I like the taste so-so 😍.
Now on to the second cup after stirring 🙋.
You can taste the lactic acid bacteria like calpis⚪️ and at the same time, the alcohol that I was feeling in the aftertaste comes rather early on 💧.
Personally, I think I like it a little lower in alcohol content because it makes it easier to drink 😅.
I didn't feel much of the juiciness 🤔.
