HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑤.
I am a resident of Hyogo Prefecture, but I rarely see Kamiyui.
I haven't seen them since last year's HYOGO SAKE EXPO.
I tasted the following
Junmai Namaiginjo Kamiyui
Junmai Ginjo Tamashizuku Nigori Sake
The Namaiginjo had a classic feel but was also easy to drink.
The nigori sake was smooth and refreshing.
It was neither sweet nor spicy 🤔.
I think Kamiyui is basically rare, so I bought the 300ml Ginjo Nama.

Hello bouken😊There are 29 local sake breweries gathered! It's a great event to get to know various breweries (#^. ^#)
On another 🍶 note... the other day, I got a gift of Konno Tomo's Tajima, and it said it was freshly squeezed 😅.

Hello Kotori 😃
I know some of the breweries did not participate, so I hope there will be more in the future 😊.
We tasted Tajima as well 😁I'll post an update soon🤗.
