I happened to see this sake. It is a junmai ginjo sake from the Kamiyu Shuzo brewery in Kato-shi, Hyogo Prefecture.
It has a rich taste and aroma. The first sip convinced me that it was meant to be heated.
When warmed up, it has a sweet aroma and taste. Please try it hot.
