bouken
Purchased this when I bought Genmai.
Slightly effervescent, with a sweet apple-like flavor as described on the label.
The second half of the rich sweet-umami taste is crisp and clean, just like Aruzoe.
I don't drink it often, but Tetorigawa is never a bad choice.
When the temperature goes up, you can feel the bitterness like Aruzoe.
I bought it because I've never seen this sake before even in Tedorigawa, so I thought it was rare, but later I found a lot of it in Takatsuki Hankyu 😅.
Takamimoto also had it 💦.
