This is also delicious and drunk every year😄It has been every winter, but this time in the summer! This time, however, it is summer time! The aroma is slightly banana and ricey. It is mild. It has more umami than the Night & Dance, and the sweetness and sake-like character is not at all alcohol-intensive! It is a modern Yamahai that is to be feared. Very beautiful and delicious sake😄Will repeat next year!
