Kobayashi Brewery took over the business of Ikejima Sake Brewery in Otawara City, which was closed down, and revived it.
I'm so glad I didn't think I could drink this.
Polishing ratio 55% Yumesasara? 1870 yen?
I'm not sure of the specs since there are almost no reviews.
They're all posted from the Ikejima Brewery days.
My impression is that it's a surprisingly beautiful sake.
