I've been enjoying sake from my favorite breweries and haven't had a chance to explore new ones, so I'd like to have a drink with someone who knows more about sake.
Noda is a refreshing and easy to drink sake, perhaps due to its low alcohol content (13%).
The aroma is also rich. I wonder if there is a slight fizziness.
