boukenAiya Festival 2024 Spring ② I checked and it looks like this sake is exclusive to the Japan Famous Sake Association. I don't think Mitsutake has participated before, so maybe the lineup is from this year? I haven't had a spell recently, so it's been a while... Mitsutake Jungin Aaah no mama🎵 Ichidan Jikomi Aiyama🎵 It's a single-stage brewing using Aizan, with a sake degree of -30 and an acidity of 3.0, which is a sharp spec, but not too sweet. It is fire-aged, but the microbubbles give it a freshness. The acidity is impressive. The bitterness is strong at the end. The sake shop's social networking site says it has a Sake Degree of -30, but the Meimon Sake Kai website says it has a Sake Degree of -7. I think -7 is reasonable. I think -7 is reasonable. I don't think -30 is appropriate for this flavor. I think raising the temperature would increase the sweetness and amplify the lingering flavor.

tomyMitsutake Shuzo's sake is more commonly seen in Invitation to the Demon World and Fist of the North Star shochu. They also make sake. The aroma is of aged sake, but easy to drink. It tastes like caramel, like Shaoxing sake. The bottle and the label are interesting because they look like whiskey. 　The label says "non-blended," but I think it is blended because it contains distilled spirits mixed with brewing alcohol. I have no regrets in my life. I am already drunk. 1628 including tax

The taste is very light. Not too much sweetness and umami, I think I would enjoy it as a food sake 😁. It is very smooth and easy to drink, I was drinking it with Gobushi 😋. And the end of the year when I was excited by the thing. The annual ranking check at the beginning of the year. Holy shit. !!!!! Holy shit... !!!!! yumekagamiThe Legend of End-of-the-Century Salvation Sake. Rao's version is a daiginjo. It was dry without any cloying taste and had a nice ginjo aroma. I hope there will be versions for other characters besides Kenshiro and Raoh in the future.

麺酒王At the izakaya owned by my colleague's father ❗Rao's next is Ken's and this is Jun Dai ✊ slightly yellowish in color😃. Tastes like.....oh my god 👊. I don't know what's going on here. It's a bit classical, but my colleagues who don't usually drink sake said it was delicious ❗ It was a good drinking party 😊.

麺酒王My colleague's father's father wanted me to drink it at his izakaya 😃. This is my first time to try Mitsutake! Hokuto Goshoha❗When I was young and playing pachislot back in the day, the Unit 4 Hokuto no Ken was very popular. My Kenshiro was, well, weak and the direction was so weak that I could only turn around once in a while and mostly just watch him strolling around and it was not a good match for me. ⤵️ I always remember being tormented by this hard palm wave ❗ I'm not sure if it's the same for me or if it's the same for you, but I'm sure it's the same for you! I have no regrets in my life👍
