There are gold (Tojo Yamadanishiki) and silver (Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki) labels, and we bought the silver one.
The aroma is subdued, the taste is clear and sweet, with a hint of muscatel in the distance, while the acidity and lingering finish are enjoyable.
I don't get a clear piquancy, but there are small bubbles in the glass that are well defined.
I've been drinking only Fukushima sake for the past few days, but this one has the personality I like best.
