The aroma is not clear, but it smells good.
In the mouth, it tastes sweet, but it also has sourness, spiciness, or bitterness? It was sweet, but it had a sour, pungent, or bitter taste. I thought I understood the meaning of the interesting taste.
I had no expectations for the taste of XX yeast, and I had even less expectations when I was told it had an interesting taste, but in a different way, it betrayed my expectations.
It went very well with blue cheese👍.
I will try XX yeast again next time.
