★★★★ Kinryo Setouchi Olive Junmai Ginjo Rice:Sanuki Yomai (produced in Kagawa) Rice polishing ratio: 58 Alcohol content: 15° to 16 The lady at the liquor store recommended it to me, saying it had an interesting taste. The aroma is not clear, but it smells good. In the mouth, it tastes sweet, but it also has sourness, spiciness, or bitterness? It was sweet, but it had a sour, pungent, or bitter taste. I thought I understood the meaning of the interesting taste. I had no expectations for the taste of XX yeast, and I had even less expectations when I was told it had an interesting taste, but in a different way, it betrayed my expectations. It went very well with blue cheese👍. I will try XX yeast again next time. It was delicious 🙇.
