Today, too, we drink sake from Nagano Prefecture.
We had a bottle of Nakanori's sake.
This is another sake purchased directly from the brewery.
The aroma has an apple-like ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is sweet with a strong alcohol taste.
The alcohol content of 19 degrees is not a bad thing.
But it is delicious.
