Now I'm reaching for the Junmai Daiginjo.
This was also purchased directly from the brewery.
My parents gave me this bottle as a birthday present.
The aroma is the same melon-like ginjo aroma as the junmai ginjo.
The mouthfeel is stimulating, but it has a refined sweetness.
We are grateful to have found a good sake.
