I'm on a business trip to Nagano this time ✨✨.
Nakazen Sake Brewery is a 2 minute drive from Kiso Fukushima station.
I definitely wanted to go there so I requested my colleague and went straight there lol lol lol.
It's already a series of stylish space & attractive Nakanori that is just like a "Sake Space for Sake Lovers 🍶"!
I wanted to compare three different kinds of sake, but I didn't have time, so I went for the Nakanori-san (specially cultivated rice Miyamanishiki) Junmai Ginjo 🍶.
The aroma is amazing😍!
And it's so sharp ✨. And the sharpness ✨.
It's a dry sake with a deep flavor! It's just like that!
