Finally, I was able to have a bottle of Sakiyami, which I had been curious about for a while but had never tasted including the clear sake, in light nigori.
I thought I had to open the bottle very carefully because there is even a cap sticker to warn people not to open the bottle, but I was able to open the bottle without any problems and was able to get the top clear liquid 😇.
The moment I opened the bottle, I was impressed by the gorgeous aroma that filled the air 😇.
The taste is also fruity like the gorgeous aroma, but it has a sourness from the gassy feeling added to it, giving it a beautifully clear impression 😀.
The taste of both the supernatant and the mixed one is a little different, but both are delicious 😇.

I had a feeling that Sakuyami = sweet 😅We drank +3 before, but this one doesn't seem to be that sweet! I'm curious 😋.
