My favorite Sakiyami that I have not had for a little while. The aroma is gorgeous 🤤 and in the mouth it has a fruity sweetness and explosive umami. The aftertaste is pleasantly astringent and bitter. I really like it. In my opinion, the Yamazan the other day was impressive, but this one is even better. ⤴︎
