Doburoku is brewed on the first basement floor of Tokyo Station.
They use either Yamadanishiki or Nanatsuboshi rice depending on the brewing process. Is this Yamadanishiki?
I'll have it cold or chilled!
Get it at Tokyo Station Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop
I visited my senior's second house in Katsuura.
It's been a while since I saw the ocean 🌊.
It was cooler than the city with a breeze 😊.
This is the first time I've had doburoku made at the Tokyo Station store!
It's a very refreshing and light beer with 7% alc.
300ml was empty in no time 😅
Now the lobsters are ready to grill, let's move on!
Hi Harry 😃.
I envy your second house by the sea 🥹!
Sake with seafood BBQ in such a situation is great 🥻 ❗️ It's good to drink at home with air conditioner, but it's also good to drink outside 💦 with sweating 😋.
Jay & Nobby, I envy you!
The climate is cooler than the city center with a breeze,
The air is nice ❗️ and the fishing port is close by for seafood 👌
The problem is that it's a little difficult to get Sake😅.
Hasegawa Tokyo is 1.5 hours by express ⌚️
This is Korean makkoli made in Japan. It is like makkoli without the sourness, with a lot of ingredients and thicker, more dense floating matter than nigori. It does not feel thick, but it is delicious!
I got a souvenir from my wife who went to Tokyo 😆.
It is Doburoku from Tokyo Station Brewery.
Doburoku is brewed at Hasegawa Sake Brewery, which was established in the basement of Tokyo Station in 2020.
Since it is doburoku, the unrefined sake is not strained, and under the Sake Tax Law, it is not sake but "other brewed sake".
Doburoku has an image of old-fashioned simplicity, but the label and cap are stylish!
The exterior is a beautiful creamy snow white ❄️
I kept it refrigerated from 4/19 to 4/30 and it bubbled a little when I opened the bottle, but not enough to blow out.
The aroma is fresh, cool and fruity. It does not have the koji taste that is common in muddy sake!
The mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, thick, and pleasantly gassy. There are only a few areas where the graininess of the rice remains.
The taste is very stylish and high quality, with a pleasantly chiricy acidity and a light fruity sweetness, again without the koji feeling in a good sense.
It is easy to drink and the alcohol content is light at 7%, so it is easy to drink. ☺️
This is delicious! I recommend this shake for adults as a souvenir 🥰.
Thanks to my wife ☺️ for the treat 🍶.
A business trip to Tokyo to attend an academic conference is in its final stages.
This afternoon's session can be viewed online, so I can relax at the hotel and attend the conference.
Before that, I walked from the International Forum to Tokyo Station and went to Hasegawa Sake Shop to buy some souvenirs.
I had an onigiri set meal again.
The first sake we had was doburoku!
I didn't drink it last time, but everyone gave it high marks 😁.
It was fresh and crisp with a rich flavor.
It's so good!
I wanted to buy some as a souvenir but they didn't have any 😢.
The next shipment will be next month.
Hi Pon-chan 😀
Today's rice was Kame-no-o and Ginpu.
Both rice itself was relatively light 🤔.
I was sold out of Ginpu (Shake) because of its popularity 🍙!
Doburoku🍶 made inside Tokyo Station.
The texture is quite thick.
However, the chirichiri fizziness and restrained sweetness makes it not as tiring to drink as the viscosity felt on the tongue 😋.
It's a delicious low-alcohol drink that goes down smoothly ✨.
Doburoku 🍶.
Doburoku brewed at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station 😆Swashy mousse. Refreshing✨. Milk cider 🥛 suisui.

Hasegawa Sake Shop/ Tokyo Station Brewery Doburoku
Brewery:Tokyo Station Brewery
Alc: 7%, Brewing: Tokyo Station Sake Brewery
Rice used: Yamadanishiki, Nanatsuboshi
Doburoku, available for a limited time only at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo, is made at the brewery inside Tokyo Station. The blue label is a basic doburoku, but there are also other fruit doburoku such as mango flavor, mandarin orange, and apple, and the ability to create a variety of flavors is a unique attraction of doburoku.
It has a fruity, grape-like aroma, but with less sweetness, and the fine, slightly effervescent bubbles surround the palate with a mellow, smooth taste. Since it is doburoku, the rice grains are still present, but they have a rough, powdery texture rather than a crumbly feel, and the texture is smooth and silky.
The second drink is doburoku, which is made here but not pictured. It is easy to drink like amazake. The alcohol content is low at 7 degrees. I didn't feel much sourness. I drank it up right away.
I wanted to drink blue label doburoku but
but it was sold out😭
But ❗️the limited time apple doburoku is 😳
As a native of Aomori, I have to try this 😍.
I heard it's made by mixing apple paste 🍎.
Smells like fruit yogurt.
The sweetness of doburoku and the sourness and flavor of apples are the best match 🥺.
The mouth feel is like doburoku or amazake, but then the apple taste spreads in your mouth.
The alcohol content is only 5 degrees, so even I, a person who can't drink much alcohol, could afford to drink it 😉❤️.
If they sell this all over Japan, it would sell like hotcakes regardless of whether you like sake or not. ......
I had time for the train, so I finished with 2 cups.
Apples🍎 are out! I'll go buy some! I think it was cheaper if I bought it in a regular bottle 👍Well, okay, I'm a manachie celebrity 😙Do you know what it means to be a down-and-out?
Yukachin-san, doburoku is relatively cheap, like 1300 yen for 300mm 😆 tasting is also 500 yen❗️well, I think 1300 yen is also expensive 🤣.
I know what "gedo" means❗️because I'm a gekochi 😉.
Good evening, Gecochie 🌙
It looks delicious with apple🍎 paste in it 😋 I would like to try the blue label doburoku and drink this one too 😍 Since when did you become a down-and-out character? 😆 😆
Yu🎶, good evening 🌆This was really delicious 😆👍I'd love to try the blue label doburoku ❗️I wonder if there will be one next week since they are going to re-shipping later this month⁉️.
I've been a "downer" from the beginning 😉️.
