This is a doburoku made at Tokyo Station.
It has a strong rice flavor, but is easy to drink.
It was a blink of an eye, but I wasn't too attracted to today's lineup and held out for just one cup.

Three crazy Han guys departed from Nagoya station 🚄.
The result was +31 on the first day and -30 on the second day,
It's as if we didn't do it 🤣.
I played mahjong and drank for 2 days on Friday and Saturday,
On Sunday, I went to a liquor store in Tokyo by myself ✨
I bought 18 bottles including the ones I sent to other people 😇I'm an idiot 🤪.
I bought a bottle of mikan doburoku 🍊 at Tokyo station before taking the shinkansen back home.
The beer was empty by the time I got to Shinagawa and the doburoku was so easy to drink that it was empty by the time I got to Shizuoka Prefecture 🍊.
And I slept like a baby because of all the walking 😪.
The only pictures I took were a weird guy playing with flower buds at a drinking party and ramen noodles 🍜.

The only doburoku they sold was mikan 🍊 I want to drink something else too 🤤.
Jointly brewed doburoku by Hasegawa Sake Shop and Sengoku.
The crushed rice grains give it a porridge-like texture!
The sweetness is gentle and quite refreshing.
The aftertaste may be dry.
I like to pair it with Hasegawa's meatballs and omelet.
Personally, I think this combination is the perfect taste.

It tastes like a smoothie with a sweet yogurt grape flavor and is very easy to drink!

As some of you may already know, I went on a trip to Eastern Japan from Sept. 6-10 to drink and walk around!
The main purpose of the trip was to have real drinks with members in Eastern Japan!
In addition to that, I also drink 😁.
On the first day, we flew Peach Airlines from Fukuoka to Narita, and from Narita, we took a budget express bus to Tokyo Station.
From Tokyo Station, we took the Marunouchi Line and got off at Awajicho.
We headed for "Santosha", a South Indian 🇮🇳 restaurant in Kanda Ogawamachi!
It was also featured in the season 8 episode of "Gourmet of Solitude"!
After filling our stomachs with lunch, we headed to Hasekawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo!
Last year we had the seasonal peach doburoku, but this time we took the high road 😃.
The peach doburoku is so fresh and juicy from the outside!
You can tell it's alive!
Now I'm going to enjoy the living rice!
The aroma is yogurt-like sourness.
The taste is sweet and sticky, like doburoku, or sweet sake.

This is Korean makkoli made in Japan. It is like makkoli without the sourness, with a lot of ingredients and thicker, more dense floating matter than nigori. It does not feel thick, but it is delicious!
